1. What StudyPilot is

StudyPilot is an information and organisation tool. It helps you search college programs, see explainable matches, keep documents and track applications. Colleges, not StudyPilot, decide admission. The Government of Canada, not StudyPilot, decides study permits and related matters.

2. No guarantees, no legal or immigration advice

StudyPilot does not guarantee admission, a study permit, PGWP eligibility, scholarships or employment. Nothing on StudyPilot is legal or immigration advice, and StudyPilot is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for the Government of Canada, IRCC or any college. For permit or legal questions, use the official government website or a licensed professional.

3. Accuracy of information

College and program information comes from our dataset and is labelled Needs verification until a reviewer confirms it. Fees, intakes, requirements and campus details can change. Always confirm important details with the college before you apply or pay. AI-generated answers can be incomplete or wrong and are provided for information only.

4. Your account

You must give accurate information, keep your password private and tell us if you think your account was accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity under your account.

5. Your content and documents

You keep ownership of the documents and information you upload. You allow us to store and process them only to provide the service to you. Only upload documents you have the right to use. Do not upload anything unlawful or harmful.

6. Your approvals

StudyPilot does not submit applications, pay fees or sign declarations for you without your explicit approval. When you tell StudyPilot you have submitted an application, the status shown is based on your report and any evidence you attach.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no scraping at scale, no attempts to break or overload it, no false or misleading data, no using the service to harass others, and no attempt to access other people’s data.

8. Plans and payments

The Explorer plan is free. Premium plans are not yet available. When they are, the exact price and terms will be shown before you are asked to approve any payment.

9. Third-party sites

Links to college and government websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or availability.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, StudyPilot is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on information shown in the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
